Misys plc (FTSE: MSY.L) the global applications software and services company, is pleased to announce that Tom Kilroy has been appointed Executive Vice President General Counsel & Company Secretary with immediate effect.

Tom Kilroy joins from GE Healthcare, a division of the General Electric Company where he most recently held the role of General Counsel EMEA. He graduated from Oxford University with a BA (Hons) in Metallurgy and Materials Science and is admitted as a solicitor in England.
