Further to the announcement on 11 February 2009, Misys plc (FTSE: MSY.L) (Misys) the global applications software and services company announces today that Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (AllscriptsMisys) (NASDAQ: MDRX) has repurchased 413,636 shares of its common stock held by Misys at $10.9745 per share for a total of $4,539,448.28

The number of shares repurchased from Misys represents the number needed to keep Misys’ ownership percentage unaffected by repurchases made by AllscriptsMisys on the open market. The price at which shares were repurchased from Misys represents the weighted average price at which repurchases were made by AllscriptsMisys under the open market plan.
Announcements concerning any further repurchases will be made as appropriate.
