RALEIGH, N.C. - Misys Healthcare Systems, a leader in healthcare information technology, today announced that Nash Health Care Systems, a healthcare provider organization in Rocky Mount, N.C., will use Misys' technology to improve its workflow efficiency and patient safety across multiple venues of care.  As part of Nash's vision of connecting its hospital with community physician offices and its affiliated hospice agency, the organization will deploy Misys' computer-based patient record system (Misys CPR™), data sharing solution (Misys Connect™), and clinical and business home care and hospice solution (Misys Homecare™).  The connected solution will give Nash's caregivers complete access to patient records across the continuum of care and is an example of two North Carolina companies working together to improve patient care in the community.
