Misys Healthcare Systems Expands Interoperability at Arnot Ogden Medical Center
RALEIGH, N.C. – July 26, 2006 – Misys Healthcare Systems, a market leader in healthcare IT, today announced that Arnot Ogden Medical Center, a Misys CPRTM customer and Misys ConnectTM beta user, will replace its existing laboratory information system from Sysmex with Misys Laboratory®. Misys’ high-performance solution is designed to manage laboratory data across the entire hospital, enabling laboratory technicians to effectively improve all laboratory patient care and workflow needs.

Arnot Ogden already uses Misys CPR, a computer-based patient record system, to provide physicians electronic access to all patients’ complete medical records. With the recent addition of Misys Connect, a unique data sharing solution, physicians are able to view patient information from a Web-based portal and access data stored in other EMR systems.
