Misys Healthcare Systems Announces Expanded Pact with Bon Secours Healthpartners Laboratories

Expands Misys Laboratory™ use, adds CoPathPlus ®, Misys Clinical Financial™ to Clinical Suite

Misys Healthcare Systems (formerly Sunquest Information Systems, Inc.), a market leader in healthcare IT, today announced that it has signed a substantial agreement with Bon Secours HealthPartners Laboratories, located in central Virginia. 

Tucson, Arizona, April 4, 2002 - Misys Healthcare Systems (formerly Sunquest Information Systems, Inc.), a market leader in healthcare IT, today announced that it has signed a substantial agreement with Bon Secours HealthPartners Laboratories, located in central Virginia. The expanded pact builds upon an existing relationship and will double the number of Bon Secours laboratories supported by their Misys Laboratory system in central Virginia and includes the addition of CoPathPlus® anatomic pathology and Misys Clinical Financial™ systems. The collective Misys clinical product suite will streamline laboratory processes while efficiently managing all laboratory business activities.
