Temple Lower Bucks Hospital Chooses Misys Healthcare Systems’ Comprehensive RIS Solution

Expanded Relationship Adds Misys Radiology™ to Site’s Clinical Application Set
Tucson, Arizona, May 14, 2002 – Misys Healthcare Systems (formerly Sunquest Information Systems, Inc.), a market leader in healthcare IT, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Temple Lower Bucks Hospital, located in Bristol, Pennsylvania. Building upon an existing relationship with Misys, the contract covers the system acquisition of Misys Radiology™. Designed to optimize daily operations for a radiology department, the Misys Radiology enables hospitals to standardize radiology data management functions enterprise-wide, facilitate orders, streamline operations and workflow, and intelligently schedule patients and radiology resources. The system also delivers patient tracking, film management, and feature-rich reporting.
A member of the Temple University Health System, Temple Lower Bucks Hospital began its relationship with Misys in 2001 with the deployment of Misys Laboratory™ and chose to continue its successful association with Misys Healthcare Systems with its radiology information system.
