Transfer of Shares held in Treasury
Misys plc announces that on 31 March 2008 it transferred to participants in its
employee share schemes 7,136 ordinary shares at a price of £nil per share. The
shares were all formerly held as Treasury shares.
Following the above transfer of shares out of Treasury, Misys plc holds a total
of 48,252,044 ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares
in issue (excluding Treasury shares) is 503,474,992.
