Misys plc announces that on 30 November 2007 it purchased from JPMorgan
Cazenove Limited 500,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 201.5784 pence
per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the
above purchase, Misys plc holds 48,109,939 ordinary shares in treasury, and has
503,617,097 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
