Global Solution Centre provides offshore resources to the regional Professional Services teams. It provides extra service capacity in a cost effective manner. By managing the consultants from our partner, we can offer further flexibility in skills and availability. We cover both functional and technical consultants on TCM and banking products through our offshore locations in Bangalore, Beijing and Bucharest.

GSC has three main roles and responsibilities. First, we augment the overall PS capacity by shifting non-essential tasks from our onsite consultants. Second, we have the ability to create a blended delivery model of GSC offshore and onsite consultancy efforts. Finally, we have the ability to offer more competitive prices.

The Global Solution Centre has many duties including program upgrades, testing those upgrades, providing customisation and integration skills, data conversion and script development. Finally, we can provide remote performance monitoring and analysis services.
