Capital Reorganisation - Apportionment Ratio
Following the completion of the capital reorganisation, the original base cost of the Misys ordinary shares (before the consolidation) was apportioned between the new ordinary shares and the B Shares by reference to the respective market values after the new holding (including the B Shares) comes into existence. The apportionment ratio between the New Ordinary Shares and the B shares is 88.73% to 11.27%.
